POTD: 'Emmerdale' Jai makes a shock decision

Emmerdale's Jai Sharma makes a surprising decision in tonight's double bill of the soap as he resolves to give Charity Tate another chance and agrees to marry her.

Determined that she won't give up on what she had with Jai (Chris Bisson), Charity puts her heart on the line and pops the question to him - hoping to show just how serious she is about their relationship.

Jai initially leaves Charity (Emma Atkins) crushed by turning her down, but events later take an unexpected turn when he pays her a visit and they begin to talk through their recent issues.

When Charity again declares her love for Jai, he shocks her by agreeing to marry her after all…


Emmerdale airs tonight at 7pm and 8pm on ITV1.
