POTD: 'Emmerdale' Chas makes a desperate threat

Emmerdale's Chas Dingle finally reaches breaking point over Aaron's problems in tonight's episode of the soap.

Still in shock after discovering that Aaron has been harming himself, Chas (Lucy Pargeter) is further distressed when she sees that he's carrying on as if nothing has happened.

Later, when Chas calls in Paddy (Dominic Brunt) for help and they confront Aaron together, the troubled mechanic explains that he plans to carry on self-harming but is being upfront about it because he doesn't want to lie anymore.

Alone with Aaron (Danny Miller) towards the end of the day, Chas finally loses it and pulls out a knife, threatening to harm herself to see if it makes her feel better. Stunned by his mother's desperate state, will Aaron ever agree to get the help he needs?


Emmerdale airs tonight at 7pm on ITV1.
