POTD: 'Emmerdale's Amy reveals her plans for the baby
Published Monday, Dec 5 2011, 08:50 GMT | By Daniel Kilkelly | 7 comments
Emmerdale's baby drama continues this evening as troubled teen Amy Wyatt tells Val and Pollard that she has no intention of keeping her newborn son.
Amy (Chelsea Halfpenny) is relieved when she realises that she has the full support of her guardians, but when they go to see the baby, she makes it clear that she doesn't want to get too attached as she is having him put up for adoption.
Val (Charlie Hardwick) urges Amy to change her mind as the situation is different now that she's not on her own, while Pollard (Chris Chittell) wants what is best for Amy and tries not to put any pressure on her.
Later, when Amy reveals that the baby's father is Cain (Jeff Hordley), Val and Pollard promise that they won't let the bad boy hurt her should she decide to keep her son. Will their words make an impact on Amy?

Emmerdale continues tonight at 7pm on ITV1.
