POTD: 'Emmerdale's John resorts to desperate measures

Emmerdale's John Barton is forced to swallow his pride and beg for Declan Macey's help in tonight's episode of the soap.
In the aftermath of his grilling from the police, John (James Thornton) accepts that he's likely to be charged with murder if Cain doesn't pull through - so he starts making plans for the future.
Although John is continuing to protest his innocence, he is concerned over what might happen to the farm if he's sent to jail and decides that the kids shouldn't be lumbered with the responsibility in his absence.
Heading to see Declan (Jason Merrells), John reveals that he wants him to make a reasonable offer for buying the farm. How will Declan react?
