The new theatre and teaching venture, being established in Leeds, is to be called The Studio and will be situated at the prestigious White House in Wetherby Road, Roundhay.
Andy will be teaching acting and film technique to adults in the evening, while Jill, a working model and industry professional, will be teaching catwalk and modelling skills to newcomers as well as piloting an acting class for children.
Of the new venture, Andy said: "Most adults work for a living so to be able to study in the evenings is a huge advantage.
"I work with an abundance of talent at Yorkshire Television including directors, writers, cameramen etc."
He added: "Many of these have a desire to teach and can give students advice on how to get into TV and film."
Meanwhile, Jill commented: "I have contacts within the modelling industry including agents, casting directors, advertising agencies and photographers. Between us there is a wealth of experience and knowledge that students can access."
