Now in its fifth year, the event will take place at the Cottage Road Cinema in Headingley on Sunday, April 22.
The actors, who play Paddy and Marlon in the ITV1 soap, have selected six films to be shown over 12 hours, ending at midnight.
The pair will give fans a short introduction to each film and explain why it was chosen.
Brunt will also tease his new zombie film Before Dawn at the festival, which he directed and stars in. The movie is set in the Yorkshire Moors and follows a married couple in the middle of a zombie uprising.
Attendees are encouraged to go in their best zombie fancy dress.
All profits from the Leeds Zombie Film Festival will be donated to the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA).
Tickets cost £15 and the event is for over-18s only. More details can be found here.
