It's far from quiet in the Dales - and this Christmas is no exception, as the murder of Tom King (Ken Farrington) kicks off the biggest police investigation in the history of soapland.
The Christmas Day episode sees Tom King and Rosemary Sinclair (Linda Thorson) finally tie the knot, before Tom plummets to his death through a window at Home Farm. Over the next few months, viewers will see the murder investigation team piece together the clues and reveal the identity of the killer.
