Millions will tune into ITV1 this evening (October 17) as Emmerdale marks its 40th anniversary with the show's first ever live episode, but online fans can also get a backstage perspective on the special broadcast.
As announced last week, a series of secret webcams have been set up throughout the village, allowing viewers to get a fully immersive experience of the live production.

Emmerdale Live features two births, the aftermath of two weddings - and a surprise death which has been tipped to send shockwaves through the village.
