'Emmerdale': Did Cain make the right decision? - Poll
Published Tuesday, Jan 10 2012, 19:31 GMT | By Daniel Kilkelly | 6 comments
Emmerdale's Zak Dingle and Jai Sharma breathed sighs of relief in tonight's (Tuesday) episode as Cain's visit to the police station left them both in the clear.
Cain (Jeff Hordley) finally retracted his false statement against Jai (Chris Bisson) this evening, but he also decided not to report Zak as the real culprit behind his attack.
The village's bad boy made his choice to avoid causing any further turmoil in the Dingle family, which has already been rocked by Sarah's illness in recent months.
Following tonight's episode, we're keen to hear whether you think Cain did the right thing. Was keeping Zak (Steve Halliwell) out of prison best for everyone, or did Zak deserve to be punished?
Emmerdale continues on Wednesday night at 7pm on ITV1.

> Emmerdale Steve Halliwell on Zak Dingle's dark crime and future
> Emmerdale Zak was wrong to use violence, says Steve Halliwell
