Paloma Faith: 'Hollyoaks is rubbish'

The Hackney-born singer confirmed that she plans to draw the line at her recent appearance on the programme's Hollyoaks Music Show spinoff, which features performances from popular musicians and unsigned acts.
Faith is quoted by PA as saying: "I was on their music show - had I been offered a part on Hollyoaks, I would have firmly declined it because it's rubbish."
The 24-year-old added that she would not be willing to film scenes for any soap, despite being partial to BBC One's EastEnders.
She said: "I like it when they play my songs in the Queen Vic, but that's about as far as I'll go. It's a big part of my heritage, EastEnders."
Welsh singing legend Bonnie Tyler was seen in Hollyoaks' after-dark Later spinoff in September. Meanwhile, boyband McFly filmed with the main show in March.
