Emily Atack wants 'Hollyoaks' role

Emily Attack has reportedly revealed that she wants to join the cast of Hollyoaks.

The Inbetweeners actress, who is currently in ITV1's Dancing on Ice, apparently thinks that she will be suited to the more "racy" storylines.

She told the Daily Star Sunday: "I have no idea what is happening in the future with The Inbetweeners. All we know is that we are filming this series now.

"It is probably wise for the show to go out on a high while people are still really enjoying it, rather than making so many that people get bored.

"If it does end I wouldn't mind a part in Hollyoaks - the storylines are always very racy so it would definitely suit me!"

The 20-year-old's comments come amid fears of a mass cull from new producer Paul Marquess, known for axing cast members during stints at The Bill and Five soap Family Affairs.

Lucy Allan quit as leading producer of Hollyoaks earlier in the month.
