Ex-'Oaks star doesn't miss bikini shoots

Former Hollyoaks star Sarah Jayne Dunn has revealed that she does not miss stripping off for photoshoots.

During her time as Mandy Richardson on the Channel 4 soap, the actress regularly posed in swimwear for newspapers, magazines and the serial's annual 'Babes' calendar.

In an interview with the Daily Record, Dunn explained that taking part in sexy shoots was "part and parcel" of the show and something that she "never really minded".

However, she added: "I've not done anything like that in a long time and I don't miss it. I like doing fashion shoots but not the bikini shots."

The 28-year-old's original stint as Mandy ran for ten years from 1996. She later returned for a further six months in 2008.

Dunn said: "What I do miss are the people because I made a lot of friends there, cast and crew. It was a really fun place to work but I don't miss the character or the show so much anymore."

The actress is currently appearing alongside former Coronation Street star Rupert Hill in a touring production of When Harry Met Sally.
