Steph shares some devastating news with Gilly in Hollyoaks tonight as her cancer storyline takes a tragic twist.
As this evening's episode of the teen soap begins, Steph is in high spirits following the success of her charity pants walk - and is even more pleased when her friend Louis learns that his cancer is in remission.
However, following an appointment at the hospital, Steph's mood changes and she cancels plans to go out with Gilly that night.
Back at home, Steph sits Gilly down and informs him that there's nothing the doctors can do for her anymore - her cancer's terminal.
Hollyoaks airs tonight at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
