Hollyoaks stars came together for a good cause last night as they attended the Hollyoaks Charity Ball 2011.

Held at Chester Racecourse, the annual event raises funds for Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool and Claire House Hospice in nearby Wirral.

Jorgie Porter and James Atherton, who were recently confirmed to be dating, were spotted kissing on the red carpet as they arrived for the party. The pair play young lovebirds Theresa McQueen and Will Savage on the soap.

Other cast members in attendance included Jennifer Metcalfe (Mercedes McQueen), Kieron Richardson (Ste Hay), Bronagh Waugh (Cheryl Brady), Andrew Moss (Rhys Ashworth), Rachel Shenton (Mitzeee Minniver), Danny Mac (Dodger Savage) and Karen Hassan (Lynsey Nolan).
