POTD: 'Hollyoaks' Brendan trashes his prison cell

Hollyoaks' bad boy Brendan Brady loses control as the pressure of prison life becomes too much to bear in tonight's episode of the soap.

Concerned for her brother, Cheryl convinces Lynsey to visit him at the jail, but things don't go well as it's clear that Brendan (Emmett Scanlan) is becoming obsessive over what Warren might be getting up to at the club in his absence.

Later, when Brendan makes a phone call to his nemesis from the prison, Warren (Jamie Lomas) can't resist taunting him over his current situation - which rattles him further as he's still being subjected to severe beatings from Warren's friends.

Soon afterwards, Brendan's frustrations boil over as he furiously trashes his cell. But will his outburst make things worse?


Hollyoaks airs tonight at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
