Former Hollyoaks star Jemma Keys has vowed to achieve Hollywood success.

The actress, who played Stacey on the Channel 4 soap, visited top LA acting coach Bobbie Shaw-Chance for a drama class and their meeting was filmed for ITV1 reality show Hollywood Wives.

Although Bobbie initially claimed that Jemma was a "ditz" who lacked dedication, she was won over once the class successfully brought out the blonde's emotions.

Keys has announced that she is hoping to be cast in one of the US TV pilots which will be filmed later this year.

Her spokesman told The Sun: "Jemma has been seen by various casting directors who have put her name forward for the new pilots. That's the same way as Michelle Ryan got the part in the re-make of The Bionic Woman.

"Hopefully she will land something later this year. In the meantime she is learning and seeing the right people."
