'Hollyoaks' boys serenade Mariah Carey

Four Hollyoaks actors have been beckoned to London at the request of Mariah Carey.

The 38-year-old singing sensation appears as this week's celebrity host on The Friday Night Project and specifically demanded a number of Hollyoaks boys to take on guest roles in one of her comedy sketches.

Gerard McCarthy (Kris Fisher), Kevin Sacre (Jake Dean), Andy Moss (Rhys Ashworth) and Garnon Davies (Elliot Bevan) all appear as choir boys and serenade Mariah to sleep next to a log fire.

A Hollyoaks source told DS: "We really couldn't believe it when we got called down to London by Mariah."

They added: "Contrary to common belief, we didn't see any puppies or kittens in her green room, nor did we witness anyone fanning her down with Ostrich feathers - maybe she's normal after all!"
