Revealed: Who dies in the 'Hollyoaks' fire

WARNING! Those who don't wish to know who dies in the Hollyoaks fire at the end of the month should probably stop reading here…
We've known since March that Jamie Lomas and Chris Fountain are leaving the show in a dramatic fire at The Loft to be screened at the end of the month.
Their characters - Warren Fox and Justin Burton respectively - are caught up in an arson attack by Clare Devine (Gemma Bissix), who makes a shock return for the week of episodes.
With sources having confirmed that there will be a body count in the fallout of the fire, speculation has been rife over the last couple of months as to who dies in the blaze - Warren, Justin or both?
Well I can confirm that it's actually Warren who meets his maker. Obviously we know there's a fire and Clare's back, but the finer details as to how the death comes about are being kept under wraps - as are the circumstances surrounding Justin's departure.
This probably won't be news to those who tuned into This Morning yesterday as Fern actually let slip this huge nugget of information live on air!
Are you pleased Warren's the one to be bumped off? Or do you wish it was Justin? Let me know your views on the above using the usual form below!

Can't believe Warren is going to die!! All the good characters are leaving - characters who can actually act! Warren has made Hollyoaks really good, and it will be very sad to see Justin and Warren leaving!

I worked it out, someone dies, someone arrested, someone leaves town. I reckon warren dies, clare arrested, justin has old reletives out of town and i reckon hanah will stay. Well at least there is a part for justin, his character obviously hasn't been killed off.

I am so sad that Warren is leaving but would be even more upset if it was Justin!! They are both Hollyoaks hotties and will miss them SO SO SO SO much in the show :'( xx

I want to see Warren and Clare to be in the Loft blaze to be killed of because Warren was Forcing Justin into working in Seans death and dodgy dealings of (The Loft). I know Warren and Justin Risked their lifes before saving Hannah from the water

I can't believe Justin is leaving, but at least he doesn't die. And I wish the fire would kill Clare, and Ash, both terrible actors! And if Ash died, Hannah and Justin could be happy!!!!

Ok, why do quite a few of you talk about Justin as though he ruins the show? He is brilliant, how can you say that he ruins it. I can tell you he doesn't. If i mention Hollyoaks to anyone i know they always bring up Justin even if they don't watch it. He doesn't ruin the show, he makes it popular, he is the most well known one on there. most people i know watch it because of him. So im sorry but i dont agree with you people that say he ruins it, he definately does not ruin the show.

i was hoping that the fire would backfire and kill all three of them. But then again nothing seems to kill Clare off, i doubt a bit of fire can even harm her.

I'm glad Justin doesn't die as it means he can still hopefully come back in the future. I don't think either should be leaving. Jacqui Should be leaving. She's annoying. The story line is ridiculous with her, thinking that she has rights over the child which ISN'T hers!!!!
