Meet the new 'Hollyoaks' students

Earlier today, it was revealed that three new students are to be introduced to Hollyoaks later this year, making their first appearances in an online spinoff series called Hollyoaks Freshers.

The show will follow new arrivals Doug (PJ Brennan), Leanne (Jessica Forrest) and Jamil (Sakinder Malik) for six episodes airing over the course of three weeks before they later make the transition over to the main Channel 4 soap.

As reported earlier, Hollyoaks Freshers will launch on August 26. The show's official site, meanwhile, will go live on July 26.
