Schedule change for 'Hollyoaks' special

Hollyoaks' forthcoming late-night special 'King of Hearts' will be broadcast a day earlier than originally planned, it has been announced.

The one-off 'bubble' episode had been expected to air on Thursday, December 16 at 10pm on Channel 4 - but it will now transmit on Wednesday, December 15 in the same timeslot.

As revealed earlier this month, the after-dark edition will centre around the characters of Jacqui McQueen (Claire Cooper), Rhys Ashworth (Andy Moss) and Gilly Roach (Anthony Quinlan) as they find themselves at the centre of a dark storyline involving the dangerous gangster Danny Houston (Darren Day).
