Following Rae's murder in the finale of Hollyoaks Later on Friday, it looks like Silas Blissett's evil plans will continue to play out perfectly this week.

The latest Hollyoaks trailer airing on Channel 4 shows that Rae's body will be found in Brendan's car, while the murder weapon will be planted in the bad boy's bedroom.

With all the evidence pointing to Brendan (Emmett Scanlan) being responsible, he's soon arrested and charged - before the judge orders for him to be sent to prison...

Brendan's absence from the village will no doubt leave Lynsey (Karen Hassan) more isolated than ever - will Silas (Jeff Rawle) continue to go after her? And how will Cheryl and Ste react to the shocking accusations that Brendan is facing?

Hollyoaks airs weekdays at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and 7pm on E4.
