Hollyoaks bosses have released a short new trailer previewing the sick game that serial killer Silas Blissett is about to play with terrified nurse Lynsey Nolan.

As previously revealed, Lynsey (Karen Hassan) will soon be left horrified when Silas issues her with a sinister challenge. The evil villain promises that if she correctly guesses who he's lining up as his next victim, he'll hand himself in - but if she fails, another girl will die.

Silas (Jeff Rawle) already has heavily-pregnant Mercedes McQueen held captive in a vault, while Theresa, Amy, Texas and Lynsey herself are also possible targets.

Lynsey has until midnight on Halloween to solve Silas's mystery - but does she have any chance of playing him at his own game?

Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and 7pm on E4.
