'Hollyoaks': Maddie and Callum grow closer - Spoiler Picture

Hollyoaks' sixth formers Maddie Morrison and Callum Kane grow closer next week as they share a surprise kiss.

As first revealed last week, Maddie (Scarlett Bowman) is to fall for Callum (Laurie Duncan) in an upcoming story twist which will see the blonde show her vulnerable side for the first time.

Sparks first begin to fly between Maddie and Callum when they go head-to-head for a debate in college next Tuesday.

As the week continues, Maddie tries to make Callum jealous by flirting with new DJ Joel (Andrew Still) while on a night out, but her evening ultimately ends in disaster and it's Maddie's enigmatic classmate who comes to her rescue.

When the pair share their kiss - as seen in our picture above - is it the beginning of a proper relationship? Or will Maddie's public persona get in the way of romance?

Hollyoaks airs Maddie and Callum's kiss on Thursday, November 24 at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
