2372: Louise and Warren kiss and make up
Mandy tries to persuade Warren to apologise to Louise but Warren is stubborn and refuses to budge. As a hungover and irritable Louise helps herself to a hair of the dog, Cindy can't resist telling her that Warren stayed at theirs last night. Furious, Louise storms round to Mandy's to have it out with her but backs down when she realises Warren slept on the sofa. Mandy can't understand why Warren and Louise are being so pig-headed and why they won't just apologise to each other. Heeding Mandy's advice, Louise cooks a romantic meal for Warren and promises to try and put Sean to rest, asking Warren if he'll marry her in Mauritius. As they kiss and make up, it looks as though the wedding is very definitely back on…

Steph grows more uneasy about Tom's dependence on Niall for friendship. Wanting to keep Niall away from Tom, Steph tells Tom that Niall is away, however she has egg on her face when Niall shows up at Mobs with his kite. A stung Niall realises Steph lied about him and backs out, leaving Tom upset and Steph feeling guilty. Steph apologises to Niall but is taken aback when he reveals that he likes her and Niall opens up to Kieron that he thinks he may have put Steph off for good. Later, Steph is surprised to receive a delivery of a park bench dedicated to Max, paid for by Niall. Tom is delighted that Niall remembered he asked for one and, conceding that they need all the friends they can get, Steph agrees to let Niall spend more time with Tom.

Darren can almost taste the victory as he prepares to sign the insurance papers but Frankie won't play ball and look after the pub. Seeing the chance to make a quick buck, Cindy offers to mind the pub until Darren gets back. Frankie is livid to find Cindy behind the bar when she comes back from hospital and refuses to be sucked in by Darren's good news, reminding Darren in no uncertain terms that it's a hollow victory for her and she will have no part in it.

A nervous Newt prepares to meet the social worker with Frankie. Fearing they'll send him back to the children's home, he is gobsmacked to hear that he can go home and Frankie wants him back. Frankie and Lauren are delighted by the news but Lauren is puzzled by Newt's quietness. Newt finally opens up to Lauren about Eli's identity and confesses that he's terrified of what will happen when he gets out of hospital – what if Eli comes back?

Kieron is eager for John Paul to tell Myra about their engagement but John Paul is more reticent. Kieron wants their engagement out in the open and, fuelled by Niall's comments, suggests they tell Myra together - soon. Preoccupied with his plans for going travelling, John Paul agrees they'll tell her tomorrow…
