2408: Niall discovers that Jack is still alive

Myra goes to make peace with Jacqui but discovers she too has gone missing. When they find a note in the flat, similar to the ones the other girls left, she knows something's wrong and tells Tony about her past, convinced she's being punished for what she did all those years ago. Seeing Myra's unease, Tony starts to panic and reports the girls missing to the police.

Feeling helpless, Myra and Tony head round to Kieron's flat to see if they can find any clues from the information he pieced together when he tried to help her track down her son. But nothing stands out and she knows it might not have anything to do with her children's disappearance. With no other leads, they head home to wait for news from the police.

Myra gets a text from Tina telling her she needs to speak to her and to meet her at St Eustace church. When she catches sight of the name on the newspaper cutting from when she abandoned her baby, she realises it's the same one. Myra rushes out to the church, unaware of the horror that's about to unfold…

The Osbornes are nervous as they prepare to leave for Spain, hoping that Jack will be able to get through without being caught. But with Newt missing, no-one's going anywhere. Darren's anxious that if they don't leave soon, they could be found out and tensions are high between him and his dad. Frankie's alarmed when Niall turns up and starts questioning how long they're going away for, worried he knows something.

As Frankie sets off in search of Newt, Niall heads into the flat and discovers that Jack is alive. Niall's got a score to settle with him for putting his father in prison and reveals that Myra is his mother and he holds him responsible for abandoning him. Jack's left unconscious as a menacing Niall strikes a blow…

Newt rushes back to Lauren to get help after witnessing Niall bundling Jacqui into his van. But Lauren's already suspicious about his mental state after he told her Jack's still alive and doesn't believe him. Lauren tries to bide her time, not wanting Newt to get into trouble with the police for wasting their time, but Newt gets increasingly agitated and he's scaring her.

With Newt determined to contact the police, the only way she can think to stop him is by offering to do it for him. But Newt's devastated by his friend's betrayal when an ambulance arrives for him instead. Frankie arrives and tries to take control of the situation by taking Newt back home, but when Frankie refuses to acknowledge that Jack is still alive, Newt refuses to go with her and is taken to hospital.
