In spite of this new revelation, Mandy still wants no part of Louise's plan and tells her to leave her alone. Warren is becoming concerned at Mandy's involvement in his and Louise's wedding plans and goes to find Mandy. He offers her £5,000 to leave Hollyoaks forever. Insulted beyond comparison, Mandy immediately goes to see Louise to tell her that she'll do whatever it takes to bring about the demise of Warren Fox.
Leila mistakenly brags to Bel that she got an A in her last law assignment and Bel decides to throw her a celebratory lunch for all the family. With half the family already knowing that Leila is actually an Art student, the dinner table is suitably tense, but Bel is so proud of her daughter that Leila can't bear to tell her the truth. Meanwhile, deciding that she's had enough of being Plain Jane, Anita appears at the table dressed as an Emo, clearly trying to emulate Lauren and Newt. Leila begins to rip into her but it backfires when Anita announces to the family that Leila is actually studying Art at college, not Law!

Elliot dresses up as Santa in the SU Bar and has enlisted the help of Hannah and Archie as his elves. Hannah's nursing a hangover and so Archie, always looking for an excuse, cracks open a couple of beers behind the grotto. Elliot's furious that the pair of them would act so irresponsibly. It's clear that Hannah and Elliot are on a completely different page.
Cindy has asked Rhys to take care of Holly for the day in return for sexual favours, so he decides to take her to see Father Christmas. Holly complains of the fact that she rarely gets anything worthwhile from Santa, so it's all just a waste of time. Feeling bad for Holly, Rhys nips out to buy Holly a pen set. Elliot, in the guise of Santa, duly delivers it. Holly is absolutely delighted and knowing that the gift really came from Rhys, she's bowled over by the lengths he would go to for her.
When Rhys returns Holly to Cindy later that day, Rhys is gutted when he realises that Cindy's just used him and he won't be getting his reward after all. That night, just as it begins to dawn on Rhys that Cindy's still hung up on Darren, Cindy gets a visiting order. Furious with Darren for assuming she'll come running, Cindy heads round to spend the night with Rhys.
