2531: Abi and Daniel urge Ste to see his son

Meanwhile, it takes a pep talk from Suzanne to quash Josh's panic at impending fatherhood and, bolstered, he arrives at the hospital, only to hear about Amy's disappearance.
The news that Amy's safe with Mike's mum in Manchester calms everyone's immediate fears. Ste, however, is upset when Mike takes Lucas home to the Barnes', effectively leaving him out of the equation. Daniel and Abi's arrival soon calms Ste and taking heed of their words, he heads round to see his son. With Josh and Ste both in the same room, the atmosphere is charged and soon the arguing begins.
Mike throws the lads out and they realise that they're poles apart in their feelings towards fatherhood. With his hands full looking after Leah and Lucas as well as studying, Mike's thrilled when Sarah agrees to move back in to help out and he's not the only one who's happy - Ste's delighted to hear that Mike has agreed he can visit Lucas when he wants…
Meanwhile, Newt admits to Lauren that he can't believe how he got it so wrong about Anita. Anita confides in Theresa her fears about Lauren spreading lies about her bullying. Insisting the only way to combat her lies is to face up to her, a defiant Theresa takes Anita to meet her foe. Plucking up courage to face Lauren, Anita is thrown to see Newt at the Valentines'.
As Lauren plays the victim, Anita pleads with Newt to believe her and not Lauren, but she stands no chance once Lauren plays up that she feels like she's going mad, a feeling close to Newt's heart. Taking a stand, an angry Newt warns Anita to stay away from them both - forever!
Fleeing from his cold words, Anita is devastated as she runs through the village. In an attempt to cheer Anita up, Theresa suggests they sneak into Evissa for a makeover. Theresa's best intentions lie in ruins, however, when Anita's new hair is unveiled…
Zak defends his decision to join the TA to his Dad, while Michaela is in raptures at the thought of having a soldier boyfriend. Seeing the opportunity to wind her up, Theresa and Zak take great delight in her belief that it's his last night on civvie street and does nothing to stop her thinking that he flies out to war tomorrow!
With her heart soaring with pride for her hero, Michaela writes him a love letter from the depths of her heart. However, her feelings soon change when Myra turns up and tells her that Zak's has been winding her up - he's not off to war and that he's not even been taught how to march properly yet, never mind fight! Zak flees as a furious Michaela gives chase…
Nancy and Ash clash over her ended relationship with Ravi and he's unrepentant in his feelings as to what he thinks about his brother's sexuality. Unable to resist a chance to come back at Ash, the pair are soon exchanging heated words. Nancy is given food for thought when Ash highlights a few home truths, namely that she and Ravi would still be together if it wasn't for Kris. Insisting she gets her facts straight before having a go at him, Ash storms off, having put Nancy firmly in her place.
