2036: Mike issues Josh with an ultimatum

When Josh runs into Amy and Leah, he tries not to panic when she happily tells him her Dad is getting better. Josh is massively relieved when Amy tells him that her Dad said he was attacked by a gang of yobs. However, just as Josh thinks he might be out of the woods, Mike appears in a taxi, home from hospital. When Mike and Josh are left alone, Mike tells Josh that he remembers everything. A terrified Josh is left reeling after Mike gives him an ultimatum…

Meanwhile, as Craig and Sarah discuss Universities, John Paul tells them that he’ll be studying at Hollyoaks Community College and staying at home. Still holding a torch for John Paul, Hannah tries to come up with a reason to do the same. Spike upsets Hannah when he tells her that she should give up on her former love. Hannah retaliates by telling Spike that it's John Paul’s feelings for Craig he should be worried about. When Craig steps in to have a word, Spike begins to wonder if Hannah was telling the truth. John Paul decides to put Spike straight, and displays his feelings for him – but this only ends up upsetting Craig.

Elsewhere, Justin tells Katy she’s the first girl who’s made him smile in a long time, but he knows that Warren would kill him if he made a move. Clare is on-hand to egg Katy on and when temptation proves to be too much, she and Justin end up sharing a steamy snog.

And Nancy’s feeling the pressure of her exams. She’s also snapping at everyone from Jake to Hannah as she tries to revise, who tell her to take it easy. Struggling to get good grades and stay awake, Nancy keeps popping her prescription drugs…
