Nancy is devastated as she is barred from visiting Charlie at the hospital. As she laments all she's lost recently, Sarah suggests Nancy should take some of the power back from Jake and reclaim her flat. Later, Jake arrives home to discover his clothes on the doorstep and that his key won't work. Although Nancy threatens to call the police as he bangs furiously to be let in, Jake manages to smash his way in. The girls are relieved as a stunned Jack walks in on such a scene. Deeming the flat irrelevant, Jack berates both Jake and Nancy for their behaviour given that their baby lies gravely ill in hospital. Jake takes the moral high ground and insists Charlie's more important to him than the flat. Nancy's relieved, but left with a tinge of guilt as Jake head off with Jack…
