So You Think You Can Dance Australia judge Jason Coleman is the latest celebrity to film a cameo role on Neighbours, reports the Herald Sun.

Coleman, a world renowned choreographer, has signed on with the soap to play himself for a four-episode run and will begin filming in late June.

"I've played bit parts on E Street, GP and Water Rats, so I'm not daunted to turn up and play myself," Coleman said.

"I'm stoked to be involved in Neighbours. I'm a fan of popular culture and Neighbours is an institution in this country."

Coleman is the latest in a long line of celebrity guests to stop by Ramsay Street. Violinist André Rieu, Australian Idol judge Ian 'Dicko' Dickson, WWE wrestler Dave Bautista, indie band The Wombats and comedian Tim Vine have all filmed appearances on the soap in recent months.
