The actor, who returned to his role as Paul Robinson in 2004, told Holy Soap that he can currently see no reason to leave the long-running programme.
Asked whether he will still be on Ramsay Street in 2015, Dennis replied: "I've got no idea. I've got more sense these days so probably. Back in the old days I was all, 'I'm a young actor. I have to go out and sow my seed. I'm a thespian, darling. I know the grass is always greener'.
"But you discover the grass is the exactly same colour, so I've come back and I'm quite happy sitting in this meadow."
Dennis also admitted that he is unlikely to return to Los Angeles in pursuit of Stateside acting jobs.
He said: "I don't have any plans. I made a promise with myself when I lived there I would never plan to go back there unless I had a job. I know a lot of people would say I was mad but I found it too spooky, kooky and weird and superficial."
Neighbours celebrated its 25th anniversary yesterday.
