Scary love plot for 'Neighbours' Ringo

Neighbours regular Ringo Brown is to be at the centre of a new Fatal Attraction-style storyline on the soap, it has been revealed.

The trainee paramedic's new love interest Naomi Lord will cause havoc in Ramsay Street with some unhinged behaviour, producers have confirmed.

Naomi is portrayed by actress Kate Bell, who previously played deckhand Joey Collins in Home and Away.

Speaking to Neighbours' official website, Bell confirmed: "[Naomi] is a complex character. The guys totally fall for her vulnerability which is all an act but the girls have her worked out straight away."

Meanwhile, show bosses said that Naomi will turn out to be "scarier than Fatal Attraction's Glenn Close".

Naomi is already on screen in Australia and her storyline will run for three weeks.
