Valentina Novakovic: 'Natasha isn't plotting'

Valentina Novakovic has said that she does not believe Neighbours alter ego Natasha Williams is intentionally lying in her latest storyline.

Speaking to Holy Soap, the actress insisted that there is no scheming behind her desperate attempts to keep Andrew Robinson (Jordan Smith) and Summer Hoyland (Jordy Lucas) separated.

"That's the crazy thing, there isn't an actual plan. She hasn't thought about how long she carries this on or how it ends," she said.

"It's one lie after another. She has to keep coming up with stories as to why she doesn't want to go to a doctor, doesn't want an ultrasound, she literally makes it up on the run."

The star added: "She is hurt and the whole cheating thing has really crushed her. She feels like the fool, no-one goes behind her back. And she feels they are pitying her because of her injury and really hates that."
