Details of Harley Canning's arrival on Ramsay Street have been revealed.

Teenage tearaway Harley - played by 15-year-old Justin Holborow - shocks his cousin Kyle by turning up outside number 26 in a police car, according to the Daily Star.

Kyle - played by Chris Milligan - has just been asked to be godfather to friend Toadie Rebecchi's daughter when Harley appears out of the blue.

Keen to show how responsible he has become, Kyle agrees to take his younger cousin in, but is upset to find out that it's not the first time Harley has been in trouble with the law. The builder and handyman realises that someone needs to step in and get Harley back on the right track and is said to be "determined to sort his cousin out", but viewers will be left wondering whether Kyle has taken on too much.

In June, Neighbours bosses confirmed that Holborow was joining the soap for a four month stint. Executive producer Richard Jasek described Holborow's forthcoming storylines, which are due to be shown in the UK later this month, as the start of "an interesting time on Ramsay Street".

Neighbours airs weekdays at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5 in the UK, and weekdays at 6.30pm on Eleven in Australia. Get the Inside Soap magazine on your iPhone or iPad
