According to the Perfect Blend fansite, David Hoflin (Oliver Barnes), Jesse Rosenfeld (Marco Silvani), Sweeney Young (Riley Parker) and Daniel O'Connor (Ned Parker) will all film their final scenes for the show later this year.
Fans have speculated that the departures are linked to the arrival of new executive producer Susan Bower, who was appointed at the end of last year. Show chiefs are still making changes to the programme after the recent revamp failed to provide a significant boost for viewing figures in Australia.
As previously reported, the show's veteran actor Ian Smith, better known as Harold Bishop, is also departing as a full-time cast member, but he has agreed to return for a number of special appearances.
Meanwhile, Eliza Taylor-Cotter (Janae Timmins), Ben Lawson (Frazer Yeats) and Natalie Saleeba (Rosetta Cammeniti) are three more cast members who are leaving.
However, producers have also confirmed a number of new arrivals in recent months, with bikini model Imogen Bailey, former Australian Miss Universe representative Erin McNaught and ex-Australian Idol contestant Dean Geyer being signed up for the soap.
