5632: A mystery stranger watches Bridget

Phil is taken away for questioning by police, but shaken and confused Zeke won’t even acknowledge Susan and Karl’s existence. He is taken by the police to the hospital where he is found to be physically well, but mentally very confused.

Dr. Levi diagnoses dissociative fugue; a disorder in which victims of trauma lose their sense of identity. Zeke wants to run away but soon realises he has nowhere to run to. He’s relieved when Rachel arrives and prompts some of his memory to return. Finally finding someone he can trust, he begs her to help him escape.

Devastated, Rachel is torn but ultimately decides to betray Zeke in order to protect him by warning Karl and Susan of his plans to escape.

When Bridget and Rachel are followed by strange car, Bridget stirs Rachel that it might be some crazed fan of Rachel K’s. But when Bridget combines the crank calls coming through to the Parker house with the fact that the car follows her without Rachel, she realises that there is someone after her. Is she in danger?

Despite a last minute male stripper cancellation, Rebecca’s fundraiser is a raging success, thanks to Steph’s determination that Rebecca succeed as the new owner of Charlie’s.

When Zeke turns up unexpectedly, it should become a welcome home party too, but Zeke is clearly in no mood for celebration.
