5664: Elle gets into a spot of bother

Welcoming Sunny into their lives proves more difficult than expected for the Ramsay Street regulars. Disappointed by the lack of excitement in Erinsborough, Sunny appears snobby and unfriendly. But Sunny’s front is a cover for a whole host of insecurities.

Unable to express herself to Bridget or Donna, Sunny uses Lost Boy (Zeke’s radio persona) as a means to talk about her past and a hurtful relationship with her sister, on air. But feeling she’s revealed more about herself than she should have, Sunny makes it her mission to find out who Lost Boy is.

Elle’s plans for a romantic dinner for two are thwarted by Lucas’s poker night with his mates. Trying to appear ‘cool’ with their new relationship as live-in lovers, Elle makes plans for a girls night. But unable to find anyone to enjoy the night with, Elle is left to her own devices. Surprised and put out by Steph’s arrival at what Elle assumed was a boys only night, Elle feels excluded.

Bored and stuck in her room while the fun is downstairs, Elle tries on Lucas’s motorcycle helmet, but the helmet gets stuck and she can’t pull it off again. Too embarrassed to face the music in front of Lucas and his poker-playing pals, Elle is left pyjama-clad and helmet-headed for what looks like the rest of the night.
