5682: Bridget's reluctance threatens her relationship

Bridget struggles with Declan’s keen desire for them to marry, and Donna suggests a trip to a bridal shop to show Bridget she can create a wedding that’s right for her.

Bridget tries to convince herself she can get married without sacrificing her identity. But despite finding the perfect dress, Bridget knows marriage just isn’t what she wants.

Meanwhile Declan receives advice from Paul and his mates, who urge him to work things out with Bridget. Declan approaches her willing to compromise, but the Parker’s relationship troubles have confirmed Bridget’s doubts about marriage.

It is only when she realises that for their relationship to survive they will both have to compromise, she agrees to consider marriage in the future.
