5698: Sunny and Donna kiss
Rebecca is grilled by Detective Skinner about Paul's whereabouts and their decision to go on a little getaway following Jill's death. Rebecca maintains that it was nothing but a romantic weekend away and there was never any mention of Jill Ramsay. When Detective Skinner suggests that Rebecca, as Paul's partner, could also benefit from Jill's death, Rebecca is insulted and Toadie brings an end to the interview. Later, Toadie questions Rebecca about Paul and Rebecca admits that he has been in contact but she insists that she doesn't know where he is. Upset that Rebecca has lied, Toadie insists that from now on she tells him everything.

Meanwhile, Detective Skinner visits Steve and presses him for details about whether Rebecca mentioned anything about Helen's will or Jill's death. Realising the police suspect Rebecca of somehow being involved in Jill's death or at the very least assisting Paul, Steve storms off in disgust. Later, Declan confronts Rebecca after learning from Steve that the police have questioned her. Declan tells his mother that he doesn't understand why she continues to let Paul treat her this way, but Rebecca insists that Paul is innocent and asks Declan to trust her judgement.

Libby returns from visiting Billy, Anne and their newborn twins and learns from Dan that Steph and Greg have broken up. Visiting Steph, Libby asks what happened, but Steph maintains that she and Greg broke up for the right reasons. When Libby suggests a girls night out, Steph isn't so sure and instead suggests that Libby should spend the night with Dan and talk things through, obviously seeing the twins have had a bigger impact on Libby than she cares to admit. Later, despite Steph insisting that Dan needs to speak to his wife about something, Libby maintains that it's nothing.

While things between Sunny and Zeke are going well, when Zeke goes to kiss her, Sunny loses her nerve and admits that she's never kissed a boy before. Zeke declares that it doesn't matter and insists that it's time to break Karl's rules and go out on a date. Sunny seeks Donna's advice on first date etiquette and Donna tells Sunny that she can't believe how well things are working out for her and Ringo and Sunny and Zeke. When Donna enthuses how excited she is about Ringo's next letter, Sunny becomes anxious at the prospect of having to write another letter. Confronting Ringo, Sunny says that she promised Zeke that she wouldn't write anymore, but seeing how hopeless and lost Ringo appears, Sunny agrees to write just one last letter.

Later, Donna reads her latest love letter from "Ringo" and, totally head over heels, rushes to Ringo to thank him. While Donna is under the impression all the love letters have come from Ringo, Zeke knows otherwise and is upset that Sunny went behind his back and wrote another one. While Sunny insists that Ringo was desperate, Zeke tells her that this needs to end because it's cruel to Donna.

When Donna asks Ringo to talk like he does in his letters, she soon realises that he wasn't the one who wrote them. Quizzing Ringo about the true origins of the letters, Donna is angered when he says that he got them from the internet. Later, an upset Donna rips up the letters from Ringo but Sunny tells her that he didn't get them from the internet, she was the one who wrote them. Sunny says that Ringo loves Donna but just didn't know how to say it properly. Then Donna leans in and kisses her. While Donna insists that she didn't mean anything by the kiss, Sunny is shocked and says that Donna stole her first kiss.
