
Later, after James offers to buy Elle a coffee, Ringo confronts him about why he can't track down any information about James or his company. James tries to prove to Ringo that he's genuine, but will Ringo believe him? Later, Ringo suggests to Donna that she should ask James to take a DNA test. Initially unsure, Donna speaks to Dan about what is involved in a DNA test and she is convinced to ask James to have one. However, how will James react to Donna's request?
Meanwhile, Lucas is trying to prove to Elle that he's not interested in Sonya but she refuses to believe him. Lucas snaps that not everything is always about Elle before James leaps to her defence. Is Lucas telling the truth?
Elsewhere, Harry walks in on Kate dancing in the kitchen at Harold's Store and tries to convince her to once again take up dancing lessons, but Kate is reluctant to do so. When Donna suggests that Kate should teach the whole school how to dance, she brushes off the idea.
Meanwhile, Kyle talks to Harry about the debutante ball and tells him that it's the one time when girls are pretty much guaranteed to hook up with guys. Harry is excited by the idea but is warned by Kyle that as he's only a year 10 he probably won't get invited. Kyle offers to do some research into some prospective dates for Harry in return for a small fee. However, after compiling a list, Kyle tells Harry that before he gives it to him; he wants him to convince Kate to go to the deb ball with Kyle. However, Kate overhears and berates Kyle before dragging Harry away.
Later, Kyle confronts Kate about why she's refusing to let Harry attend the deb ball and she insists that for one night she would like to be responsibility free. Kyle agrees to stay away from Harry on the one condition that Kate goes to the ball with him. Will she agree?
