5959: Susan confronts her bully

Paul's intent on keeping Declan and Diana apart at all costs. But when Diana learns that the Declan who rang her in New York happens to be Paul's stepson, she's very interested indeed.

Rebecca's keenness to push Declan into Diana's sights plays straight into Diana's hands. She corners Declan and offers him an ultimatum – if he doesn't help her take down Paul, she'll destroy them all. What will he do?

Inspired by what she perceives as danger to her children, Susan follows her bully and confronts him.

When he inadvertently gives them the proof they need against him, he confesses, and Susan sees him in his true colours – as a lying coward.

Although compassionate, she does not let him off the hook. The police arrest him and he is jailed.

Standing up to him has removed any last traces of her anxiety, but there is one thing left for her to conquer – the university.
