6269: Sonya gives the game away over Brennan

Already struggling under the weight of keeping the Brennan secret, Sonya's shocked to learn of Karl and Susan's separation. Vowing to support Toadie, she assures him that together, they'll make it through. But Callum's suspicions about Brennan have been piqued and he begins to come up with fantastic ideas about what might have happened to their one-time neighbour.

As Callum's theories become increasingly outlandish, an overwhelmed Sonya bursts into tears - and gives the game away. Callum's rocked by the revelation of Brennan's death, but for now, he has to keep this terrible secret too.

Meanwhile, fighting her feelings for Kyle, Jade does her best to avoid him and turns her attentions to Malcolm. She flirts a little too much with Malcolm at soccer and Kyle's clearly hurt.

However, Jade gets a surprise later when Kyle seems to have taken the whole thing in his stride. Confused and suddenly feeling out of her depth, Jade withdraws. Rhys has noticed her disquiet and begins to form his own theories on Jade's strange behaviour.
