Kyle assumes this will be at the airport, but Jade insists she'll make her own way there as she doesn't want this to be any harder than it already is. Not wanting her to go, Kyle struggles to keep it together until he gets home and channels his frustrations at Harley. Alone, Kyle is already lost without his love.
Meanwhile, Aidan is confronted when Chris calls him on hanging out with Andrew. Unable to admit the real reason why, Aidan claims it's because they're friends, further frustrating Chris. However, when Chris realises he is overreacting and apologises, Aidan's guilt is further piqued and he tells Andrew that he won't lie to Chris any longer. Desperate to keep his secret, Andrew blackmails Aidan - if he talks, he'll tell the hospital he's been helping him. With his job at stake, Aidan is forced to continue deceiving Chris, begrudgingly keeping Andrew's secret.
Elsewhere, Kate is thrown to discover that Jade is leaving, disappointed they haven't had a chance to reconcile. Lucas encourages her to seize the moment before it's too late. However, while Kate receives Jade's blessing, that doesn't mean they're friends again.
