5380: Susan and Karl are left reeling

Paul discovers that Richard's dying and is remorseful for what he did to Rebecca. Paul thinks Richard's regret is just an act and conceals his location from the Napiers, who remain desperately worried he is on the loose. When Oliver and Declan go to the hospice and establish Richard's whereabouts, they confront their father -and in doing so bring Rebecca and Paul to the hospital.

Years of recrimination and fear are put to rest when Richard makes a deathbed confession and apologises to Rebecca. But when Rebecca discovers that Paul kept such an important piece of information from her, it's clear this isn't over.

The effect of Rachel's affair with her teacher rocks the Kennedy House. Susan and Karl blame themselves for the uncharacteristic recklessness of Rachel and Zeke, while Libby plays big sister to Rachel in an effort to mend her broken heart.
