'Home and Away' to screen sex tape plot

In a case of art imitating life, Home and Away will screen a scandalous sex tape storyline later this month.

The storyline, in which a sex tape featuring Nicole (Tessa James) and Trey (Luke Bracey) is screened to the Summer Bay locals at the town's film festival, will be broadcast in Australia next week.

"Like all successful dramas, Home and Away tackles many issues and this is one of them," a spokeswoman told the Herald Sun.

News of the controversial storyline comes just days after the soap was rocked by a real-life sex tape scandal involving actor Lincoln Lewis.

Lewis, who admitted to filming an explicit act with an unidentified Australian teen starlet on his mobile phone before showing it to Home and Away cast and crew, was disciplined by Channel Seven and urged to undergo counselling.
