Whitehead admitted that he would probably leave town if he found himself in the same situation as Liam, who recently found out Bianca was pregnant with his enemy's child.
"I would hate to be in that situation," he told The West Australian. "It takes a big man to father someone else's child.
"I don't know if I could be the bigger man and go through with it. If I were him I'd probably leave town and start afresh somewhere."
The 31-year-old confirmed earlier this month that the love triangle between Liam, Bianca and Heath will continue.
Co-star and on-screen wife Lisa Gormley recently revealed that the couple will consider leaving Summer Bay.
