4860: Claudia drops a bombshell

Claudia and Geoff haven't been getting along and Geoff is confused about what exactly he's done to make Claudia turn on him. Sensing something is wrong, Martha sits down with Claudia for a heart-to-heart. Relieved to finally have someone to talk to Claudia lets down her guard and drops a bombshell on Martha - she's pregnant and Geoff is the father. Stunned by the news, a supportive Martha tells Claudia that she has to tell Geoff the truth.

Meeting at the surf club, Claudia and Geoff clear the air and she apologises for taking out her problems on him. When Geoff insists that Claudia share with him whatever it is that is bothering her she hesitates. Will she be able to summon up the courage to tell him that he's about to become a father?

Despite recently agreeing to begin a relationship with Liam, Belle realises she's still in love with Aden when Jerry tries to blackmail her into arranging an exclusive interview with Irene and threatens to have Aden arrested for destroying a reporters camera if Belle doesn’t agree. With Aden currently on a good behaviour bond, Belle knows that if Jerry has him charged Aden will most certainly face prison time.

Confiding in Liam about Jerry's threats, Belle's grateful when he offers Jerry a counter offer - a "tell-all" interview with him in exchange for no charges being laid against Aden and sympathetic press articles for Irene.

Although thrilled and relieved when Jerry agrees, Belle soon realises that Liam's kind gesture will now make it harder for them to take their relationship slowly.

Martha finally has access to the farm house and enlists Hugo's help in her move. No sooner have the pair arrived at the farm and unpacked everything onto the veranda when a fierce storm hits Summer Bay.

When Hugo is unable to start the ute, Martha suggests he stay the night. But when Hugo abruptly refuses and says he'll head back into town in the pouring rain, Martha is perplexed, unsure what it is she's said or done that's caused Hugo to behave so bizarrely.

Chasing after Hugo, Martha demands to know the real reason why he needs to head home so urgently. Standing in the middle of the downpour looking at Hugo, Martha is left stunned by his response. Just what is Hugo’s confession?
