4897: Angelo breaks up with May

Taking Rachel's advice, Belle returns home from her visit to the hospital to tell Aden the truth about her illness. However, when she finds Aden has prepared a candlelight dinner, she's unable to tell him that she's dying. Later, Belle admits to Rachel that she couldn't bring herself to tell Aden the truth. Rachel tells Belle that her final months should be spent enjoying what time she has left and not keeping secrets from Aden. With Rachel's advice in mind, Belle decides to enjoy her final months with Aden and decides she'll tell him the truth after the wedding.

During what is a hectic day at the hospital, a heavily pregnant woman by the name of Jane arrives with her husband. With the hospital buzzing and maternity unable to find a bed, treatment for Jane is delayed. Later, when a bed is finally made available for the expectant mother, she is nowhere to be found and it's then Rachel finds Jane collapsed on the floor. Jane is rushed in for emergency treatment but Rachel later receives news that Jane's baby was born stillborn. Despite doctors believing that the baby died before she visited the hospital, Jane's husband Rex blames Rachel for his family's tragedy. Later, Rachel visits Tony and breaks down in tears, telling him the baby, not her work, should be her priority.

When an Indonesian man is admitted to the hospital, Angelo pays him a visit to try and investigate his arrival. However, with the man knowing no English, Angelo recruits Hugo to act as an interpreter. Despite Hugo's insistence that he knows very little Indonesian despite having spent considerable time in the country, he asks the mystery man Angelo's questions but can only uncover his supposed named - Clint Eastwood. Later, after confiding in Charlie that he finds it hard to believe Hugo knows very little Indonesian, Angelo returns to the hospital to find the Indonesian man has fled.

When Angelo admits to Charlie that he doesn't have feelings for May, Charlie tells him that he needs to sort out what he wants. Speaking to May, Angelo admits that he doesn't have feelings for her and ends the relationship. When a heartbroken May seeks solace in Leah and Charlie, an awkward Charlie tells May that she doesn't know how Angelo could break up with her. Later, Angelo reveals to Charlie that he has ended things with May and the former lovers share a kiss - just as May walks up.
