5495: Sasha hears her fate in court

Xavier can't understand why the police changed their story at Sasha's trial. After some digging, he uncovers new evidence showing that Sergeant Watson was told to trump up Sasha's charges to murder.

Sasha is eventually found not guilty. Xavier helps her to celebrate with an impromptu swim, where they both say they love each other.

Meanwhile, Ruby sneaks Steve into her bedroom for the night, but they're sprung by Marilyn in the morning. Later, Ruby is surprised when she catches Steve about to smoke a joint, but he ditches it to placate her. When Romeo chooses to join them at the last minute thanks to Sasha's acquittal, Ruby's very pleased - but unbeknown to her, Steve has stashed a large bag of marijuana in her bag before their flight.

Elsewhere, Roo is looking forward to taking Harvey home in the wake of his food poisoning drama. At the same time, Marilyn's new hairdressing client Melissa turns out to be Harvey's ex-wife, and Marilyn feels obliged to disclose the shared connection. Melissa tracks Harvey down and gets him to give her and his daughter Lottie his house to live in.
