5510: April wants Dex back

Dex agrees to help Lottie on her fossil-hunting assignment. As they plan their expedition, he learns that Lottie's little brother died five years ago. This information worries Dex and, without realising it, he divulges the truth to his dad.

Later, April's jealousy motivates her to join their trip, but she soon finds herself a third wheel. April exaggerates a sprained ankle to win Dex's attention back, culminating in her admission that she still loves him.

Meanwhile, John releases information to journalists accusing Harvey of rigging the council elections. Harvey reveals his culpability to Roo, who's angry that he's only telling her now he's backed into a corner. Harvey resigns from the council but bears the brunt of an angry public - in the form of a punch in the face from a stranger whilst he is in the Diner.

Elsewhere, when a life-threatening car accident comes into the hospital, Sid is surprised to see that Mel can't face it. Mel later treats Harvey for his bloody nose and admits that she's still struggling to deal with her son's death. Later, Sid accidentally spills the beans about the accident to Roo. She levels with Harvey, wanting him to confide in her but also reassuring him that she's not going anywhere.
